Kinsta API: GET /sites, POST /sites/environments/{env_id}/pma-login-token
The command prints a URL on stdout. Open it in a browser to be logged in to phpMyAdmin without a password. With --json it prints url and expires_at, so a script can see how long the link is valid. Treat the URL like a password while it is valid.
Without --env, a site with one environment uses it; a site with several gets a picker on a terminal and fails with ENV_REQUIRED in a script. See Sites and environments. The command accepts --dry-run, but has no --no-wait.
